Export division · Door to port

From our lot to your port.

We handle the vehicle, the paperwork, and the shipping so your import arrives exactly as agreed — wherever your destination port is.

How we export

One team. Every handoff.

Most export problems happen between suppliers — the dealer, the transporter, the customs broker, the shipping line. We keep those handoffs inside one process, with one point of contact and one written record.

  • Pre-shipment inspection with photo and video evidence.
  • Export documents prepared and checked in-house.
  • RoRo or container shipping matched to your budget.
  • Milestone updates from loading through arrival.

Where we ship

Any port. One standard.

We're still building out our export route map, so we don't publish a fixed country list. Tell us where it's going and we'll confirm the best way to get it there.

Tell us the port

Send us the destination port or nearest city. We'll confirm available service and the most practical routing.

Share the vehicle

Include the vehicle or spec, quantity, and timeline so we can match the right shipping method and container plan.

Approve the quote

You'll receive a clear delivered quote with transit expectations, documents, and costs before you commit.

The export process

Four steps to arrival.

Clear milestones, written approvals, and no payment until you've seen the inspection evidence.

Read the export FAQ
01

Enquiry & quote

Send the vehicle or spec plus your destination port. We quote the vehicle, inland transport, documents, and ocean freight together.

02

Inspection & approval

We complete the inspection and send photos, video, and a written condition report. You approve before any payment is due.

03

Payment & documents

Once payment clears, we prepare the title, commercial invoice, certificate of origin, export declaration, and bill of lading.

04

Shipping & delivery

We book the sailing or container, deliver to port, share vessel details, and send the arrival document pack to you or your agent.

Shipping options

Matched to the cargo.

Choose the method that fits the vehicle, volume, and timeline. We'll flag the trade-offs before you commit.

01 / RoRo

Roll-on / Roll-off

Best for single running vehicles and the most economical ocean option.

  • Weekly sailings to major ports
  • Vehicle driven on and secured
  • Ideal for standard cars and SUVs
  • Marine insurance available

02 / Container

20ft & 40ft containers

Best for high-value vehicles, multiple units, or destinations without RoRo service.

  • 20ft holds one vehicle comfortably
  • 40ft holds two to four vehicles
  • Consolidation available for smaller orders
  • Sealed and secured for transit

03 / Air

Air freight

Reserved for urgent deliveries, rare vehicles, or time-critical auctions.

  • Fastest door-to-airport transit
  • Premium handling and security
  • Quoted per route and vehicle
  • Best for high-value or urgent units

Documentation

The paperwork, prepared.

Export delays usually come down to missing or mismatched documents. We prepare and cross-check the full set before the vehicle leaves our lot, then share digital copies so your clearing agent can pre-clear the shipment.

Originals are couriered or released against the bill of lading, depending on your preference and destination requirements.

Export FAQ

Answers before you ask.

The questions we hear most from first-time importers and repeat trade buyers.

Where do you ship?

We quote export routes case by case and are still expanding our destination list. Send us the destination port and we'll confirm available shipping options, transit times, and a delivered quote before you commit.

How long does shipping take?

Transit depends on the route and method. RoRo sailings typically take 3 to 6 weeks from a US port, while container transit can be 4 to 8 weeks including consolidation. Air freight is usually under a week door to airport. We give a realistic window in every quote rather than a best-case promise.

Who handles customs and import duties?

The importer or their clearing agent handles destination customs and duties. We provide the complete document pack and can recommend established agents at major ports. We'll flag any known destination requirements before you pay.

Can I inspect the vehicle before it ships?

Yes. We provide a full inspection report, underbody photos, video walkaround, and any specific shots you request. For high-value vehicles we can arrange a third-party inspection at your cost before payment is released.

Can you ship multiple vehicles in one container?

Yes. A 40ft container can typically hold two to four vehicles depending on size and packing. Consolidation is a cost-effective option for trade buyers and family shipments, and we'll calculate the best configuration for your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer in USD. For repeat trade buyers, terms can be discussed. We do not accept payment before you have approved the inspection evidence, and every invoice clearly separates vehicle price, inland transport, documentation, and ocean freight.
